ABOUT NEUROCORPORATE TRAINING

There's a Reason Most Corporate Training Doesn't Work. I Built a Company to Fix That.

I’m Kabrina Ashley — founder of NeuroCorporate Training, former Disney trainer, executive coach, and someone who has spent the last decade in the rooms where leadership either works or falls spectacularly apart. What I’ve learned: organizations don’t fail because people lack information. They fail because people lack the habits, skills, and psychological tools to act on what they know.

OUR STORY

How NeuroCorporate Training Came to Be

I started my career at Disney — one of the most intentional organizations on the planet when it comes to training, culture, and the science of creating extraordinary human experiences. I learned there what great training looks like: immersive, emotionally engaging, built around how people actually learn, and relentlessly focused on behavior — not just awareness.

After Disney, I spent years working with entrepreneurs, executives, and teams across industries. And I kept seeing the same thing: organizations spending real money on corporate training that produced almost no lasting change.

The science of behavior change, learning, and performance had advanced enormously. But most corporate training hadn’t caught up with it. So I founded NeuroCorporate Training to bring the brain science into the boardroom — to build programs that actually change how people lead, not just what they know about leadership.

Today, NeuroCorporate works with corporate teams, C-suite executives, high-growth companies, and professional athletes across the country. The methodology is the same whether we’re on the floor of a Fortune 500 company or in an NFL locker room: science-backed, interactive, built for lasting behavior change.

OUR APPROACH

Why Brain-Based Training Works (And What That Means)

The Problem: How Most Adults Learn

The adult brain doesn’t absorb information the way a textbook suggests. It learns through experience, emotion, repetition, and application. It forms new habits through spaced practice, not single exposures. It changes behavior when new patterns are reinforced, not when they’re simply described.

Most corporate training ignores this. It delivers information and calls it development. That’s why the forgetting curve is so brutal: without the right conditions, adults forget up to 70% of new information within 24 hours, and up to 90% within a week.

The Solution: Design for Behavior Change

The Result: Training That Sticks

This isn’t a neuroscience lecture disguised as leadership training. It’s leadership training that happens to be built on neuroscience. Your team leaves with practical skills, new habits, and a different way of approaching the challenges they face every day.

WHAT WE DO

What We Stand For

Four values that show up in every program we build.

Honesty Over Hype

We'll tell you what your team actually needs, not what's easiest to sell. If a half-day workshop won't solve your problem, we'll say so.

Science Over Trend

Every program we build is grounded in research on how people actually learn and change. We don't chase the latest corporate training fad. We follow the evidence.

Outcomes Over Activity

We don't measure success by participant satisfaction scores. We measure it by behavior change, team performance, and organizational results. The goal is impact, not applause.

Humans First

Leaders are people before they're positions. We design every program to develop the whole person — the thinking, the relationships, the resilience.

"The function of leadership is to produce more leaders, not more followers."

-Ralph Nadar

My Journey

Many Twist & Turns

From the magic of Disney to the high-stakes world of executive coaching, my journey has always centered on one core belief: leadership is a skill you build, not just a trait you inherit. I started my career at Disney, where I learned that creating an unforgettable experience isn’t just about skill—it’s about how you make people feel. That insight shaped my approach as I moved into leadership training and executive coaching.

I’ve worked with C-suite executives, sports managers and their team members, and driven entrepreneurs who, despite their talent, felt like they were constantly fighting to be seen and heard. I realized that high achievers often lack one crucial element: the ability to communicate their brilliance in a way that resonates. That’s why I’ve dedicated my career to helping leaders develop not just competence, but presence—giving them the tools to command attention, inspire trust, and lead with impact.

Today, I blend brain science with practical strategies to transform leaders into powerful communicators and respected visionaries. It’s not just about talking louder—it’s about talking smarter, showing up consistently, and building real influence that lasts.
